Diamond Sportsbook Payout Problems

HI all,

I opened an account with www.2betsdsi.com about 2 months ago, betting on soccer , deposited £1500 and now up to £3300.

Firstly I am a regular user of uk based sportsbooks / bookmakers and have never had any problem in providing the necessary id e.t.c

I requested a withdrawal last week of £3000 and was requested for
back and front of card, verification forms, imprint and id.

I did this to the email address they told me to send it to, then requested the withdrawal again as they told me to do.


2 days later, I got the same email asking for the same info, which I provided again.

Still no joy, no withdrawal, so I went on their live help.


I was told on there to send it to a different email address (ccdeposits@betcris.com)
so I did this

1 day later, still no withdrawal

Then an email (from bookmaker.com)saying the imprint of the card wasnt clear, when in fact it is clear to the best of my ability.
To me this is simple delaying tactics or worse , why do these firms behave like this?

This firm is supposed to be a plus, but to me they are shocking.

I have been getting random replies from various different email addresses (betcris, bookmaker, betdsi) but still no joy at all.

The uk bookmakers may be quick to limit winners but at least they pay out without fuss !
Would be interested to hear if other people have had problems with this firm

At a guess, they're not convinced by your IDs.

I personally can't stand books that require you to give them front and backs of driver's license, credit cards, utility bills, and whatever else. I don't care how good of a reputation any book has, if you hand over your full information you are basically giving some crooked employee a kit to steal your identity. There have been numerous reports in the news over the years about players' personal info being sold for marketing purposes. Usually this is limited to email addresses and street address, but it will never rest easy with me knowing some **** in another country has front and back scan images of my driver's license, bank, utility, credit cards or whatever. No thanks.

to winM they have a clear photocopy of my details, they are withholding due to the imprint of the card they requested not being clear.


They have the card image back and front, forms filled out, driving license, yet they are witholding as the imprint of the card isnt clear despite my best attempts to make it as clear as possible, the card is 3 years old.

I just called them today to request a payout via check.

When does the money clear from your betting account? And how long does it generally take to receive the check?


The reason I'm asking, is that I've spent a good week getting them ID forms and all that, even when they couldn't open a tif file. Dunno if I'll stick with them if they have super long payouts.

Cris has a long history of errors via incompetence and not malevolence.

Based on prior Bookmaker withdraws, it can take anywhere between 3-8 hours for the money to be taken out of your account, I would recommend not making any plays during this time.

If you requested a check via DHL/FedEx, it should take around 5 business days.

Another thing that you can always do is take a picture with a digital camera save it as a jpeg document and email it to them, they did allow that to me.
