Piss-ants stealing pennies on Matchbook?

Last night I requested New Mexico -1300 (offering +1300 on TCU) on the moneyline. Somehow some piss-ant "gambler" managed to place a bet where I was risking 4c (yes, cents) to win nothing. I don't know how they do it, but it has happened to me several times before. A quick look at the last 30 days shows that it has happened to me three times. In all three cases, I was on a huge ML favorite, risking 4 cents to win nothing (as in ZERO cents).

What is the deal with this?

And can't MB raise the minimum bet to avoid this kind of nonsense? Is it really worth it for them to even be accepting one cent bets???

actually you might be winning 3/10th's of a cent ( or whatever) which rounds to zero, but actually gets credited to your account.

If somebody takes 20 cents of your offer, it shows $0/$0 on the betting page.

I tested it by betting to win one cent on a dog of about +1000. It doesn't show in matched bets, but shows 0/0 in the betting window thingie, no green and $0.

I post a lot of lines everyday. And alot of them comes back like this....

Funny you mention that, I just noticed today some bets in my wagering report that were showing up as something like winning 199.99 instead of 200. I wasn't sure if the commissions were just rounding weirdly or what.

For the first time ever, Matchbook worked on a mobile phone I was using (a Palm Pre that just downloaded a new update) and I made a small bet to test it out, but I was nice enough to bet an entire dollar.

With the volume on Matchbook now days. Someone is trying really hard to make a couple bucks. Surely there is somewhere more lucrative for bots.
