I had a chat now and asked about the withdrawal and I will get an email tomorrow.
I dont like this, bad feelings. Their answer:
"The withdrawal department will get back to you with a detailed answer tomorrow".

I'll quote Robert De Niro from Ronin: "If there's any doubt, then there is no doubt."
This is clearly not going to end up good. Even if they are honoring some withdrawals it's just to lure more people in.
Lots of documents needed to make a withdrawal? The withdrawal dept will get back to you tomorrow?
    No thanks.

Well maybe, but I dont really understand why they have done a completely new site if they are going to scam their customers? An easier way should have been to just shut down everything.

Some withdrawals? The only people i have seen that hasent got withdrawal from this book, is the one that hasent send their papers.

I have gotten more than 10 withdrawals from betcart, only one was a bit delayed around xmas.

If they where going to take the money and run they would have done it some days ago, when their site was offline.

they are back with new and better and much faster website, that has improved even more just the last days......

You only look at the wrong signs the wrong way....

Hey, if you guys are getting paid and you are happy that's great. Some of the comments on this thread would make me wary.
I am used to requesting a btc withdrawal and getting it within a few hours.
If you have gotten 10 withdrawals then you are definitely winning and that's awesome!

    Update:

Withdrawal request this Monday and money on my Skrill account today.

The funny thing is that I still have all my balance left on the site, not cleared.

Its still not possible to do any sort of deposit to the site. "Dear customer, you will be able to deposit in 72 hours. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience".

Great layout though so I dont really know what to say about the "Betcart vs 2.0".

Im just happy getting out with my money.

Today I received the payment. But it was the wrong amount.

They already confirmed it, apologized and transferred the rest.

At the moment this sportsbook is a total chaos.

I had asked for a withdrawal after the migration ended but it wasn't possible they told, anyway the option was available at one point 8 days ago via Skrill, I could do it myself from their site. After several days passed there was nothing, contacted their support (that is a bit strange and not live chat like in the past) and was told early yesterday finally after asking them again for several times that it will be done in the next 24 hours. Those passed and still nothing, new email, new message in the chat menu and no answer and in the meantime there were several failed attempts to log in the site (but ok i could do that after some minutes).
Dunno what's happening, they seem very amateur (had wrong balance at first after the migration and they put the correct one like a week later) with their new site, in the old version had no problem at all with withdrawals (always processed quite fast).

hi. Only to me this Betcart is so slow to make payments? I asked a skrill withdrawl 7 days ago and no money on my account yet. Last time they took 6 days to pay me via skrill too. Also for you is it so slow? (personally never had such big time to wait for a wallet in any other site)

If they where going to disapear, most likely they would have done it when their where site of offline for some days,

Now you can see they are developing their website from week to week, last time i visited their site, they did not have a welcome bonus, now its back, also other improvments...

Well, I would say there is definitely an issue. Either they are running out of money or they are preparing their exit. It's not only the withdrawal delays. Their support is as bad as it has ever been. Sometimes they need 6, 12, 24 hours or more to answer at the chat. Sometimes they do not answer at all. Even if you're lucky and you get a reply they sometimes simply stop answering during the live conversation.

Replies by e-mail take more than 48 hours.

My current problem with betcart is that they ask me to make a withdrawal by bank transfer although there is no option for bank transfers in the withdrawal menu. They say that at the moment there is no other option for making a withdrawal than by bank transfer. I wanted to give them my bank details so they can make the bank transfer manually but they are insisting that I have to request the withdrawal on the website. Recently they asked me to send an e-mail to verify@betcart.com though I'm already a fully verified member including phone verification, bank documents and all that stuff. No progress at all. Only delaying tactics.

I have a five-digit balance and I have a feeling I will not see that money ever on my bank account.

Beside of that: Why don't they use the https protocol on their site(s)? They still use the normal http in 2k17. Why do they have mirror sites (betcart.com, bcwill.com and at least another one that I don't remember right now)? The cashier menu on betcart.com and bcwill.com differ from each other.

There's something cooking. I guess we will see the first fraud cases popping up soon.

    Hello XXX,
We are not accepting payments via Skrill or Neteller anymore, you can make a payment via safecharge (credit/debit cards)
For further information, please send an email to payout@betcart.com
    Regards

today news. don't ask me why, but they are not offering electronic wallets anymore, wtf, every online bookie offer them, even shittiest ones. I really think this is closer and closer to a vanishing tactic.

I have opened an Betcart account several months ago, when they were using the old betting platform, and have been using it for months, made several deposits and withdrawals via Skrill (about 5-6k€ total). I stopped my betting season for the summer, but I logged in my account yesterday and I saw that the option of withdrawals to Skrill is no longer available. I have to emphasize that ALL of my deposits and withdrawals were made through Skrill. Nobody is answering me for two days via email, nor is answering on live chat. My only withdrawal option is bank account, which I do not want to use. I never got any warning that they were going to pull the plug on Skrill withdrawal, so I think my players rights have been violated. If I had been warned about leaving the Skrill option, I would immediately withdraw all my money from that site... Can you help me please? Also, do you know any bookmaker that uses the same betting platform as BetCart and is open to bettors from Croatia, and uses Skrill normally? Kind regards

yes, I have. This thread made me check my account in the first place. But is it legit/legal for bookmaker to change their withdrawal option that I have used before before any prior notification? I checked their T&C, and it does not say anything about that... In the end, I will probably be happy to get my money on bank account... Also, do you have any reccomendations for bookmakers that use this betting platform? Limits and offers on this platform are top tier for my betting, and would hate not to be able to use it anymore...

Legal...illegal...we are talking about online gambling. Sportsbooks do whatever they want. If you want to find out if a sportsbooks acts in an illegal way you'll have to ask a lawyer.

No book guarantees a withdraw method will be available whenever you want it, forever.

And quite a few UK/Euro books have started insisting Skrill depositors take at least one bank deposit payout before being allowed to use Skrill for it.

It's annoying for sure, but not something you can legally fight.
