Just wanted to put in a good word for LooseLines. I wanted to make a withdrawal with them so I contacted customer service. Even though their website said they offered cashier's checks through standard mail as well as transfers with CRIS, it turns out they don't. After becoming completely frustrated with them for not having an updated website, I was told I'd be given a free moneygram payout.
Free should be the standard, but it's still nice that they changed their normal rules to accomodate a frustrated customer.
Requested the payout last night, went to Wal-Mart today and got the money no questions asked.
Less than 24 hours, nice work LooseLines.
