Just out of curiosity, which are the online sportsbooks with the most money bet? I would guess BetFair and Bwin, followed by other European books. Among the offshore, I guess Pinny, Oly and Cris, with the rest way below. Is there such list, or anyone has better info than my guesses?

I would say pinny in term of size, and Matchbook in term of handle.
