So I just recently funded an account at BetJamaica. I saw that they were giving 20% cash on deposits, with a $50 freeplay.
Well I read their rules and it read that you can get up to $500 in bonus. So I decided to transfer $2500 over to get the $500 cash bonus.
What happen was I was suppose to get 20% on the first $500, and 10% on the remaining $2000. So i was suppose to get $300 in bonus rather the $500.
I told them that it wasn't written anywhere on the bonus section of this conditions. While I was talking to the CS, the CS told me it is their rule, and I should call their manager. Then I went on to SBR to check their Bonus rules, and true and behold it was there. $500 at 20%, and 10% on any amount above that. So I replied to the CS that she was write, but still it wasn't posted anywhere on the bonus section. Told her to just give me the $300 bonus and the $50 freeplay. She told me that she will pass the word to management.
Next day I log in. I see $3000 in my fund. So they end up giving me the $500 bonus cash.
