That's what happens when you recruit too heavily from a forum. They'll happily accept the generous bonuses, but once the honeymoon is over they'll report every little glitch on that forum, and convince each other that the book is no good. The book is fine, of course, but tell that to a self-hypnotized bunch of losers.

For me Betphoenix is a good book, never had problems with them.
Their site was down many times when they switch software, but now everything's ok!

The problem with most complaints is that they are unsubstantiated, or the information is incomplete at best. I've been with BP, and I probably play a lot bigger than most of the people on here, and yet, I've never had any problem of any kind. The only problem I've had is when they switched software, like the other guy said. I'm always grateful to hear what anyone says about their firsthand experience with a sportsbook. It's invaluable information, but a lot of complaints now just sound like loserism.

None of the guys making the wild claims are held responsible for their statements so they can in effect say anything they want.

Betphoenix has been undergoing what is most likely growing pains from trying to expand their base, more than anything else. I've contacted their CS and never had bad service, and I'm up on them since I started, which is usually reason enough for poor treatment from most books.

My opinion is most of the guys that launch questionable claims are upset they lost money.
