A court may or may not enforce a contract between a client and bookie if it doesn't run afoul of the local statute of frauds (requiring a writing). It would likely not because it is against public policy to enforce an contract for something illegal. Finally you may be exposing yourself to criminal charges if you stipulate facts around the gambling in court. Bad idea.Comment -
