5DIMES "customerservice" anything but

I like the idea at 5 dimes w/ the lottery, multiple casino's various teaz all that stuff but trying to talk to one of the people who works in the "customer service" section has to be one of the biggest F-ING jokes there is..anybody have an idea how to get to talk w/ someone that speaks english AND has at least a half of brain...tried to ask for a manager after 15 min of talking to the wall but the female dog on the other end swears she can help,...I end up calling (while on hold) on another phone and the FEMALE DOG answers I said Monica you have me on hold ...uhhh no I dont..what ur acct # finally she say well I will have an answer for you in twenty min...damn sure wish you would have told me instead of keeping me on hold for the past 10 min.... what is worse I am just giving the cliff notes of everything that went on...UN F-ING BELIEVABLE

My guess is that he means you are the pot calling the kettle black.

yeah you can pick a 3 or 4 digit from any state that offers a lottery and it pays 900 to 1 for the 3dig and 9000 to 1 for the 4 digit instead ,well in my state the normall 500 to 1 and 5000 to 1

use the online chat , they will answer any question you have, i am hardly their biggest customer, and i have never had a problem with them on the chat, I don't doubt what you said , everyone' experience is unique, but i have found they answer all the questions

5Dimes has the worst customer service in the industry. The one thing I like about BP is I have never had to speak directly to anyone on a phone. I have been able to do everything including withdraw via online methods, good day

please always save any chat logs u have with 5 dimes. especially if you get Tony in chat. then bring them here and post them,otherwise you get my hopes up unnecessarily.

PERFECTLY SAID ...thanks so much for your input...I dont understand why HERITAGE is not ranked in the A's..they have excellent service where it comes to wagering and customer service just not a great casino kind of vanilla I will always keep them around as 1 of my 2 books..esp. now since they are by invite only
