What are some good books that do not require 14 day hold on a credit card deposits

Why not make a deposit using another method if you want you money back in less then 14 days? I'm also guessing if you want you in and out that quickly you probably not the type of customer an off-shore book wants anyhow (given the hassle and cost of moving money back and forth these days) ... To me a 14 day hold seems totally reasonable especially if you are using a credit card...
