I recall a couple of slow pay complaints from mid last year. Was apparently due to bank account problems and both were resolved within a week or two.

Pretty amateurish when I briefly played there about 2 years ago. Odds on horses not adjusted for non-runners, losing bets paid out as winners and just 1 CS guy who couldn't speak English very well. Did payout in full though. Not sure if they've gotten more professional since then.

Don't know Italiano but they don't appear to be an outright scam outfit so probably safe enough to try the bonus offer.

As a bonus hunter you are going to find lots of the smaller books want to find a way to deny you though, so make sure you read each books rules carefully. Some are tricky.

Yes I received an email asking me to re-deposit yesterday too.

I used them a good few years ago for their bonus but they seemed to have more and more erroneous lines and started cancelling my bets.

Stopped using them as had to keep checking my account to see they hadn't cancelled and took all enjoyment away.

Advised to leave alone.
