On April 10 I spoke with Richard and requested a withdrawal for 1/3 of my balance, I was told I will get paid in a week and nothing happened!

I spoke with Lenny and the situation remains the same. He is adamant that everyone will be paid but there is no definite route for how it can happen. My take is the same as it was earlier...
The only thing we can read into this is that they are still there and in their minds think there is a light somewhere at the end of the tunnel. Cascade has told us and players a "couple weeks" many times in the past so unless he is willing to give the details there isn't much point having him repeat the same promises to SBR.
One theory is that a potential buyer or, more likely, partner wants to see what kind of non-postup business he has left and that can't happen until football starts in about 3 weeks and they see who comes back to bet. If there is a lot of good action as I am hearing from folks in CR, an advance on earnings for Lenny could be part of the deal. Again, speculation...a scenario that could explain how a comeback could happen.Comment -

I don't think I have ever this depressed. I played every game on the board in MLB sides and totals with my Cascade account because all it is at this point is nothing more than a play money account. Is this part of their plan to just break your will so that you don't even care any more. Seriously Bill something needs to be done. The time for sweet talking and buying time ended in July when everyone was promised they would be paid. To this date, I'm not aware of a single penny that has been paid. Cascade is operating, business as usual this entire time.When I call it appears that they have plenty of people working there. They must be getting paid so why can't we?
Now I have a few questions. If payments do not resume by the start of the NFL season is it time to;
.. add Lenny's name to the list of great stiffers like Tej?
.. for BetCRIS to use their political clout and contact the Costa Rican VP?

At least Tej did actually pay people, while Lenny has turned the great name of Cascade into another ESB type book (deposit only).
People who have money in Cascade right now just better write it off as a complete loss, because Lenny has no attention on paying anyone IMO. I mean don't ya think if he planned on paying he would have done it by now.

Another thing that can be done which I posted before, would be to tie up his phone lines before NFL games with demands for payment. Hammer his mail server with emails and go to his sight and continously refresh lines prior to nfl games and at 1/2 time. This will tie up his web server. A last resort for sure but after 6 months of flat out lies.Comment -

I am owed 93k. Lenny has been blowing me off for 6 months, promising me I would get paid from one month to the next. I was lied to repeatedly being told they are not accepting deposits for NFL season. Yet the lady at customer service told me they are accepting CC and **. Lets hope payments are being processed today. We have not received any master payment plan from Cascade that I'm aware of. But possibly they bypassed SBR.
I assume that those high balances mentioned by the posters are post up?
Cascade could use this forum or any forum to announce their repayment plan with at least a week to deliver the money. The plan needs to be announced by this Monday at the latest.
If that deadline passes we will contact all balance holders that we have on record and explain your legal options under Costa Rican law.Comment -

I don't think it's out of line to say that Lenny may owe people upwards of a million dollars (money which he doesn't have and with Cascade's current state that is an ammount they probably won't even collect in post-up this year for football season)...
