yes the withdrawal is also going to the store and picking up the cash, the book will give you a tracking number, the same way as you did when you sent them money,if the store doesn't have the cash they will give you a moneygram money order,

Yes -- if you go to a currency exchange, they will just hand over the cold hard cash...if you go to a CVS, etc., they will give you a money order, which you then have to go cash somewhere else.

Always deposited by CC so never knew how this works. If I go to Wal-mart will they give me cash or money order and if money order where do I go to get cash?
