    Bookmaker is unloyal to customers-IMO
I deposited regularly. No bonuses.I'm a platinum member.Very unflexible customer service for a regular.I also play poker there and have done well there. They have a 1000 guaranteed tournament(POKER) everyday for the top 3(it's a satellite)--you have 2 make it in the top 3 in two tournaments.Today I got 1st in the first 2 tournaments and then came the 1000 tourney.I have AK --some punk has 23---the flop comes out 2,3,6--the turn is an Ace--I play the way a player is supposed to play and I get slammed---Just venting

There is no loyalty to members. Now,I have a dilemma.Do I keep depositing at a place that gives nothing to a longtime customer or go elsewhere?--I know people don't want to hear whining but THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE is COLD AS ICE---this sucks

??? so the cards shouldn't have came out with the luck of the draw, rather it should have came out due to some preset condition of how much you regularly bet?

            That is nuts.

You get out drawn by a wacko and you want to blame Bookmaker? What do you expect them to do, fix the cards so AK wins over 2-3 all the time??

You should be earning Betpoints for every wager you make including the casino. You also should be getting a decent bonus every time you deposit.

As far as the free tourney for the top 3, I love it, I won again today. And as you know the 2nd tourney is pretty easy because like 1/3 make it to go to the actual $1k tourney. If I don't cash there, I can't complain as it was free. I got beat out on the river again yesterday finishing 16th out of the money, so I understand, but thats poker.

Bookmaker will take away your betpoints if you beat them too much. They also do this without any warning, so best not to let too many betpoints accumulate.

the odds aren't bad for US sports.

you can even find sometimes better odds than Pinny.
it is not a good idea to bet them.

other than that the Cris family offers reload bonuses.

                            will2survive try DSI.

I agree about their customer service. Its like they're bothered to assist you sometimes. Still play there, but I prefer playing at 5dimes and rebatewager

They are a solid book, and you know that you will get paid when you want to withdraw. As stated above though, if you win too much, you will be "banned" from the betpoints program.

I never really had problems with their customer service, other than the overnight crew not being able to do anything. Best to wait and talk to someone during the day. Better quality employees on the day shift.

Very good point. The night crew has never been helpful for me. Not their fault, I guess.

in terms of loyalty, I like Diamond sportbook, 10% reload, you earn points for every bet, casino and poker, that you can turn in cash.
I would leave bookmaker alone, diamond as the same odds, there both part of cris family, and there good to there clients

Most books have a lousy overnight crew, it seems. I try to avoid dealing with overnight customer service if at all possible.

charges $200 for a book to book transfer - couple years ago they were having processor problems with checks. never got my check. after more than a few calls was told of the problem and was assured that they would start the process again and it would not take more than a week to get the check out. after already waiting i asked for a quicker way of getting my money out. suggested book to book. was told that there was a $200 fee for book to book. they were not willing to lower the fee even admitting that if not for the processor problem i would have my money already. the book to book means that i would have to roll that again too. but the manager would not bend on the rules. plenty of better books out there. minor problems come up everywhere. it is how they are handled the makes 1 place stand out over another. stay away from bookmaker - WAGERCHIEF is the place i play at most like bookmaker with better everything. including the most important thing. how it is run and by who. JON at wagerchief. nobody better.
