It never ends with these jokers:
1) I emailed them to ask about their bonus offers and was promised a 100% free play bonus on deposits up to $1000, and to "contact the person directly" to claim my bonus. The email also said I was free to call if I had any more questions. So I made my deposit of $200 and then emailed the person who offered the bonus. I've been betting online since 1996 and with almost every bonus I've gotten, I simply emailed them afterwards to claim the bonus. The very rare bonus where I had to call directly specifically said "Call us to receive your bonus."
I emailed them multiple times over the last week or two without a reply, so I finally called and was told I wasn't eligible for the bonus because I had to call before making my deposit. Their email offering me the bonus never said I had to call before making the deposit, it simply said "Contact me directly to claim your bonus." Why this book would give me such a runaround about a stupid $200 deposit, I have no idea, but I guess they have no incentive to give a bonus after they already have your money
2) I bet Jax St/Austin Peay un147 there yesterday very shortly after they put out their CBB totals. Pinnacle had 146 earlier in the day and gradually dropped their line, Matchbook had 146 at the time I placed the bet, and most other books had 145, so this was in no way a bad line. The game landed on 146. I didn't check my account history for several hours after placing the bet as I was out, and when I got back, instead of it being graded a winner, they canceled it as a "bad line," saying that they meant to put out a total of 147 on the Tennessee Tech game which was the one below it. My balance there is really tiny so I'm not out too much, but what sort of jokers call a college basketball total 2 points off from what every book in the world is offering a "bad line?"
