yeah, I don't get it. I thought SBR was for sharing information.

Instead we get one guy evading the question, another guy claiming he would tell people via PM, but as it turned out, he was lying.

A whole lot of nothing. If there's a reason why uncorrelated ML parlays is somehow death for sportsbooks, I'd like to hear it.

Just think about it a bit and try to figure out why someone might want to do it, and then think about how it might hurt sportsbooks. Its not brain surgery.

For tennis parlays (or any parlay) to be advantageous, they must be correlated. I have never bet tennis, but I bet I could figure the advantage out quite quickly watching matchbook odds and some matches. No one likes to do any work anymore.

What information is to be gained from watching offers stagnate on Matchbook? Their tennis markets are atrocious, some markets come and go without even $100 being matched. Did you mean to say BetFair?

what about something like this? If your parlaying the dog they are more likely only going to win if it goes over correct?

              berdych +285
              berdych/Djokovic Over 39 -115

Is BetPho offering totals on tennis matches now? At the time I made this thread they weren't, and I subsequently stopped betting tennis there.

I haven't seen anything but MLs there when I've been checking.

Anyway, I still don't understand why books won't take non-correlated parlays.

When they allow tennis parlays again is when I will start playing there again. Also need totals and spreads for tennis.

It looks like they don't have enough people to manage lines in the night. I beat then regularly and heavy on tennis singles and got my limit cut to $100. They stopped parlays, too. I thought it was just for me but it seems not.

There's probably a degree of correlation there, I'm not sure how strong it is -- dogs often win with a score you'd expect a favorite to win by.

                            there tennis offering is weird..

the other day i was able to parlay two huge favorites.. i didn't take the bet.. however i selected parlay and out of 8 matches.. two were left on the board as an option

as far as totals and spreads.. they do it for the bigger matches.. but it sucks they don't do it more ..

I have had to deposit at 5dimes to get my tennis in

I would guess that future match results are very dependent on earlier matches.

For example, I would guess (note I am guessing) say in this example:

                                Semi finals

Nadal vs some no name. This match plays first.

                                #3 seed vs #12 seed.

If Nadal wins, I would guess the odds of #12 winning go up some
If Nadal loses, I would guess the odds of #3 winning go up some.
