I would ask another CS rep. Definitely don't deposit first. The terms of any bonuses should always be worked out before you deposit, as you have no negotiating power if you try and ask for a bonus after you've deposited.
From reading various posts, I'd suggest the answers are "yes" and "yes" as a matter of principle, but that your particular eligibility will depend on them reviewing your personal circumstances first (eg. are you up at Greek? what are your betting patterns? etc.)Comment -
