Has anyone been paid the Moneybookers cashback that ended Jan 31?

It is a misleading campaign - if you read the small print you would see that it is only for new money you brough into your Moneybookers account .. they manage to fool me too

they clearly state it - for new money only, and they are usually very slow with paying cashback

They are very slow in paying cashback, however the terms & conditions clearly state that payments will be made at the end of February. They are also clear enough about the offer, it only applies to money uploadad directly from your bank and then to gaming sites in this period, any other money you may have already had in your moneybookers balance would not have counted.
