If a book was offering 2 separate prop bets one at +110 and the other at +145 with a push being the only loss situation, would betting both sides put your on bad terms with the book?

usually have funds in 3 books but only in 1 this minute, wanted to do $500 but do not want to wear my welcome with this book. Will try to deposit with another book but ** sometimes will not allow the transactions online only in person and I am snowed in.Comment -
if there is a risk of a loss (the push) it's not a real arb and if both are current offers I don't see it should be a problemComment -
yes one side is on an even # the other is on a half so if the even # hits I lose one snide win the other, still running some numbers but I see valueComment -
