Ewallet withdrawals have always been a little problematic with the Phoenix group. For them to ever gt to that next level they will need to get this stuff worked out.

I know its not feasible for everyone, but looking for transfer options or checks makes some sense in this spot.

It sounds like BP might be confused with all the promo money in your account. If you always had enough of your own $ (BTP winnings) to cover the bets, you should be paid it all.

I had trouble with a check that never came,it was a postal error and they gave me a free **.Sounds like they should be doing the same for you,just keep hounding the shit out of them,sooner or later they will pay you just to get rid of you.I zeroed out at Phoenix and I will have to see some dramatic changes before I consider reloading there.
