I know they limit your reduce juice really fast if you start dominating them. But does the collar effect your limit on regular juice lines too?

Sometimes its 500 across the board sometimes 100 across the board.Depends on how bad you beat them when I win I leave for about 2 months as to not draw attention to myself and play elsewhere but if you keep hitting them everyday they get pissed.
