Which books allow you to leave open spots in parlays?

the couple I know of all have like $50 minimums, i was looking for something more along the lines of $5 min

why not just martingale your last bets and save the extra juice? I.E. if you want to 5 teamer with an open future game bet the 4 teamer and just bet the winnings on the last game?

I'm thinking more along the lines of parlaying 3 teamers over a week, I can usually come up tiwh 3-4 great picks a week but they may be 2-3 days apart.

I may check heritage and see their rules

Open wagers allow the customer to play teasers or parlays making one selection at different times or even different days.
Example: 3 Team Parlay $100 to win $600Cowboys -8Dolphins -14OPEN*

• * Any open wager left unfilled/pending for more than 90 days will be cancelled. No open spots on 10 pt teasers. No open spots on 4 team or more parlays.
• * The minimum amount for a bet placed online with 1 or 2 open spots is $50 and customer must call to fill the open spots.

It's useful for teasers. Not for parlays, because you can string them together yourself. Heritage has unlimited time window.

You can always negotiate a time window with a book.
