Betdsi and Bookmaker teaming up?

I also had between $500 & $1,000 balance in my betdsi account and was told by customer support;

I was told in live chat "After reviewing account eligibility for the migration, your account was not included. Migration decisions are based on multiple business and operational criteria.

They then told me that they would migrate my account to Bookmaker with no funds in my balance.

outright theft---do we have any way to collect our funds owed to us??

-----Betdsi nor bookmaker contacted me at any time while all this was going on.
-----I just contacted them yesterday after I found out on my own when I wanted to place a bet with them on an NFL game yesterday.

This has been handled very poorly. Many people have been left swinging with no communication or any info on why their balance has not been honored.

No less than we should expect from BetDSI really, but surprised Bookmaker has not said more. It appears that BetDSI was happy to walk away with everyone's balances and Bookmaker has agreed to make some people good if the account looks worthwhile paying for for them. Hard to hate too much on Bookmaker if they are indeed saving so many people's balances but a lot of users have been left in the dark like yourself.

It would take legal action to hold DSI to account now but even then the likelihood of collecting is probably low.
