Buying dsi was smart for them since they can get additional users who are used to trash. It's like going from North Korea to Cuba

So your account eventually got migrated but lost $10 in the process?

I lost any money in the BetDSI account (About $10) as I was told I was not eligible for the migration. Existing Bookmaker account was not affected.

I doubt if anyone with a previous account at Bookmaker will have had their account from BetDSI successfully migrated. Bookmaker does not allow 2 accounts.

But they should bloody well transfer your balance from DSI into your Bookmaker account.

It's just outright theft otherwise.

I finally got the same copy and paste message today from BM support on my account migration from DSI. 3rd time they said they would email and didn't.

Expecting any integrity from BM is a lost art. They don't care where money goes as long as it doesn't hurt them. They've even resorting to stealing deposits now it appears from previous posts on the issue thread

I got a DSI bonus offer to use at Bookmaker with my DSI login. Both of my logins work but they wouldn't honor the email, still shut out of any bonuses

I just tried to go be happy with my balance from DSI was transferred to Bookmaker.. i get to bookmaker and the chat says sorry we couldn't migrate your account for some business decision?!!!! WHAT?! LOL i see this happened to others as well.
So DSI just took everyone's balance? What is going on here? Optional I need you! thanks!

SBR license agreements mean I can only advocate for US/CA licensed books these days.

But I sent you a PM with a contact to try. I am not very confident you are getting any answers or it changed by them though. Sounds like they are only "helping" out the profitable DSI customers. And I think most us know how many cares the DSI management would have about doing the right thing when closing down.

I am surprised but not shocked to read this. Bookmaker used to have a stellar reputation but it seems like they’ve gone rogue too. Definitely gives Mybookie vibes here.

I also had between $500 & $1,000 balance in my betdsi account and was told by customer support;

They then told me that they would migrate my account to Bookmaker with no funds in my balance.

outright theft---do we have any way to collect our funds owed to us??

-----I just contacted them yesterday after I found out on my own when I wanted to place a bet with them on an NFL game yesterday.
