[Dispute] Sportbet.one confiscated 226.48 USDT "Multi-accounting" & "Arbitrage" flags
Hello SBR Community and Administrators, I am writing to formally request mediation assistance regarding a recent, unjustified confiscation of funds by Sportbet.one.On April 22, my account was unexpectedly restricted, and Sportbet.one automatically deducted my entire balance of 226.48 USDT.I received an automated email stating their "anti-fraud system" flagged my account for "Arbitrage betting and Multi-accounting. I hold absolutely only ONE account with Sportbet.one. Their internal risk system has generated a demonstrable false positive.I am a standard recreational bettor. My bet sizes and history do not reflect arbitrage behavior.Fortunately, my account was still partially accessible when I received the notice, and I successfully screen-recorded and screenshotted my entire, unedited betting history and cashier logs. I emailed their support to formally dispute the automated deduction. I asked them to point to the specific bets that constituted "arbitrage" or to provide any proof of this alleged second account. Their support agent replied and explicitly refused to provide any evidence, hiding behind "security policies." Most shockingly, the agent stated in writing:
"I would also like to clarify that the decision is not based on individual bets, but on a comprehensive analysis of the account's gaming behavior."
It is logically impossible to accuse a player of Arbitrage—a strategy entirely dependent on exploiting specific odds on specific lines—without basing it on individual bets. They are running a black-box freeroll, using a broken AI to confiscate balances and refusing to manually review the evidence.
I am requesting that an SBR Administrator step in to help mediate this case. Sportbet.one is relying on a low-level support script to stonewall me. I need a manager from their side to actually look at my case.
