Bovada cancelling valid bet with lame excuse even though I have screen shot evidence
I'll keep the description as brief as possible and stick to facts.

Early morning on 3/19 about 5 hours before they started the Valspar Championship, I made some futures bets for the tournament. One of those bets was TOP LEFT HANDED PLAYER which had 3 players. Matt McCarty : +105/Garrick Higgo +190/Joe Highsmith +275....I bet $80 on Joe Highsmith to win $220
These 3 players were the ONLY ones listed, and the market price of 109.93% (a bookmaker theoretical hold of +9.03%) shows that the odds were correct and it was meant to be just those 3 players. I took a screen shot because I was worried some unknown lefty might play and I didn't want his result to impact the bet (obviously they've made mistakes likes this before).
I looked in the transactions the next day and saw that they refunded my $80 and considered the bet NO ACTION/player did not participate. This made no sense because all 3 players started and would all play 36 holes (they all missed the cut).
Joe Highsmith ended up with the lowest score among the three players with equal holes being played by all, and the bet should have been graded a winner.
When I contacted customer service FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES to rectify it, they keep saying Askhay Bhatia didn't participate and all bets were NO ACTION. Keep in mind that Bhatia withdrew from the tournament early Wednesday, and this bet and wagering menu was offered and bet on early Thursday morning before tee offs without Bhatia listed. Bhatia would have been a prohibitive favorite, so their reasoning make no sense because off the odds on the 3 golfers listed. I also HAVE SENT THEM A SCREEN SHOT of the wagering screen when I placed the bet that didn't have Bhatia listed and they either don't look at it or don't care.
To be fair this was graded NO ACTION before the result was known, so it's not like they're intentionally stiffing a winning bet, but they cancelled this out of pure incompetence and it SHOULD BE VERY EASY to fix with one detailed look into their records, and they just keep giving the same idiotic and erroneous reason.
I have a screen shot showing the menu when placed. It's on a JPG file and is 7.02 MB. I tried to upload it as a photo on this post and then an attachment, but I keep getting an error message from SR saying file exceeds 2.0MB limit. If anyone knows how to upload it anyway, I'll share the screen shot.
If Optional still helps out with these types of things and still knows anybody over there that has an IQ over 75 that could fix it, I have the wager reference # and whatever else you might want if you would be so gracious as to lend your mediation brilliance and expertise. I have a screen shot I can share that I can link to an e-mail.

You appear to be correct about the grading mistake.

I've sent you a PM with some info and a contact email to try.

Please let us know how you go.

I sent an e-mail to the address you gave me a week ago and didn't get any type of response at all. It went completely ignored.

I even attempted contacting their supposed "Dispute Resolution Office" which gives the illusion they have some 3rd party or special branch that handles and mediates disputes. When I tried to e-mail them, I got the same canned response I got from their regular clueless customer service agents multiple times that "The final resolution has been given prior and we will not be able to make any further amendments to this."

I've had an account with them since 2011 going back to the Bodog years. In the past, they would make the occasional grading errors, but it would ALWAYS get corrected if the right person looked at it. You used to be able to play their with confidence and if you made a big score, you'd get paid no questions asked. Now, you can't get anybody that knows what they're doing to fix something that is an OBVIOUS error. In hindsight, I'm glad to find out they've sunk to an incompetent untrustworthy shop with an error that only cost me $220 instead of $2000.

The hilarious part of this is, I LOVED betting on golf there, and gave them really good volume handle for over a decade, averaging wagering between $300 to $800 on almost EVERY PGA tournament, even dabbling in Korn Ferry, Seniors, and LPGA tournaments too. Now, I just can't trust them. If I have to worry about a mistake costing me money that I can't have corrected by a rational and experienced trader or manager, then there's no point in betting golf there again, and I wont.

Heck, on more than one occasion in the past they accidentaly put out ridiculously bad lines that favored the player and instead of taking advantage of them, I would call them and alert them to their mistake because that's the type of relationship I used to have with them. Now, you can't even contact them by phone.

All the same, thanks for the help Optional. Back in the "good old days" this would have been corrected in a heart beat, but I guess those days are gone now.

Ah that is really awful to hear. I'm surprised the forum monitors did not even respond. Things have changed there for sure.

I really cant imagine why anyone would argue with you if they actually looked at the issue.

Their loss I guess. I hope you can find a happy replacement. It feels like most of the old names have tightened their belt so much they are battling to service customers reliably. :\
