The layout/odds provider of this bookie seems to be used on many many other sites too but the reviews are very rare on them.
Personally I tried it the past month and had around 6-7k deposits (when I was losing) , before I started winning.
I was paid 3-4 withdrawals totaling around the amount that I have deposited and now I have a remaining balance of 6k with them but they don't seem willing to pay it out to me.
They never reply on emails , most live-chat agents ignore you after they literally read your messages (except for one guy) so getting any information is very hard overall.
Upon registration and before depositing they straight up ask for KYC documents which I sent and was verified successfully by them before I started betting.
I called them twice and one guy told me that "the account is being reviewed" vaguely without having any time-frame as to when I am supposed to receive my 2 pending withdrawals which based on their payout page and their email upon informing me of the acceptance of my documents , is said to be 24-48hours.
Any opinions or experiences are gladly welcomed.
