So I asked them if I could get my 15% back last night and they said I wasn't eligible. I hit a bit of a slide and lost money the last month so I just don't get it. They tell me this.
Dear Customer
Thank you for contacting us!
The cash back is calculated using the following formula: (new deposits for the period) - (redemptions for the period) - (current & pending balance) - (accumulated winnings from previous periods) X (rebate percentage) = (cash back award).
So what the heck is that? It starts with new deposits and then only has minus signs after it so does it mean if you don't make a new deposit in the period you can't get a cashback? I think 5Dimes is still a fantastic book but this cashback thing is REALLY confusing. (to me at least)
