They've been disappointing. At one time they were reliable but now they don't respond or update their ratings list. Lots of books now that deserve a blacklist rating still get a B or C from themComment -
Yeah, they don’t seem reliable at all. It’s probably pay to play scenario. No way BM gets the reviews they do from OSGA and BMR, if they aren’t paying them. Too many people have issues with them and their terrible supportComment -
Hero man - you were right about OSGA, they are a joke and specifically Dave. He said he was looking into the case a couple weeks ago and nothing.
Lou from BMR may be even worse. He apparently spoke with Bookmaker.eu and they told him I was rude and swore at customer service via chat. He would not allow my post which was 100 fact driven be posted and banned me from BMR.
I think we all know it, but I’m sure OSGA and BMR are incentivized and paid to lead customers to their site and prevent negative consumer reviews. It’s fairly obvious based on my months of research.
I would be more likely to play Russian roulette then play with an offshore book again. Those places are snakesComment -
