They've been disappointing. At one time they were reliable but now they don't respond or update their ratings list. Lots of books now that deserve a blacklist rating still get a B or C from themComment -
Yeah, they don’t seem reliable at all. It’s probably pay to play scenario. No way BM gets the reviews they do from OSGA and BMR, if they aren’t paying them. Too many people have issues with them and their terrible supportComment
