They had promotion going during MLB postseason , it was if you bet over $1000 on MLB postseason game, prebet or ingame live,
you will be qualified for $100 freeplay when postseason is over.
I didn't get it so I went on to ask them why and they tell me I did not meet the requirements!!!!
I asked them what is the requirment I didn't make?
THey all of sudden tells me the promo was to bet $1500 to qualify for $100!!!!!!!

$1000 went up to $1500!!!!!!!!!

I mean lie for $100 free play???

Any chance the CS person is wrong about the reason? They have a similar promo for NFL that requires $1500 in action and could be where that figure came from.

Looks like terms said only $100 from each bet made counts toward the $1000. Did you meet that term?

Wouldn’t that term make it impossible to qualify since there’s only 7 games and they are only counting 100 per game which equals 700
