Hey Optional. Has the OSGA ever help resolve any complaints? Numerous complaints have been submitted on Jazz/Looselines blatantly stealing funds (me included), but not a thing has changed.

I think after you cash out the 100 your limit will reset I think so u can cash out your other funds. That chip is dumb and I have head this before.

No. They removed $1530 from my balance and cashed out $100. “This is your fault for accepting the chip. You need to read all terms. We understand your frustration”.

They are just free rolling deposits, clearly.

Never would have used them but I saw an article they were purchased a couple years ago and have a Trust Advisor rated excellent at 4.4/5 with over 3k reviews. It’s obviously all bullshit every story I see anywhere else is similar to mine. I’ve used Trust Advisor for several other sites and it’s always been fine until now.

Why can’t these guys just book properly and make money off their edge? I’ll never deposit again and neither will everyone else they screw. Seems short sighted.

Funny thing is before they took my rightfully earned balance they told me they were going to do it in order for me to cash out and that I needed to acknowledge it.

I basically snapped back and said what does it matter what I say you are going to do what you are going to do. You know it’s wrong. They did it and sent me $100.

The most unnerving thing about it is the way they talk to me. Like I’m a moron who hasn’t seen every different stunt some these guys pull forever. I also filed a case against their Trust Advisor profile for being fraudulent (they probably pay them upwards of $10k a year so doubt it goes anywhere). It got me, at what point is Trust Advisor culpable? I’ve noticed they’ve closed a ton of complaints likely bc BetUS says this guy agreed to something and it’s sour grapes. Review site probably has no idea that it’s non standard and an outright scam to reduce all of their liability as a Sportsbook.

I don't think you need to be an expert or Einstein to know that this bait and switch terms trap BetUS pull on people is scummy.

Every review site knows about it and that BetUS have done this over and again to people for a long time.

No response from OSGA, no response from Trust Advisor and my BetUS account has been banned and locked. Cool.
