Long story short Hall of Fame at Bovada but site has been so glitchy went looking for a new one to try. Saw BetUS had turned over a new leaf so gave them a shot.
Took initial bonus for $100 deposit and started to notice the sketch stuff early. It was $100 deposit for $150 free play on top. You only keep the wins off free play which is bad enough bc they massive rollover attached. Anyways my rollover total was an ungodly $5k. Ran it up over past two weeks and cleared it and had pending nfl bets of $979 yesterday.
I got a pop up Saturday night for a $25 Halloween casino chip with a max cash of $100. Spun that and cleared that $100.
Won most of my nfl wagers yesterday running balance to $1600 and cashed out. They declined it and said my max cashout is $100 bc of the chip. I said why are they attached and why would anyone take that with $900 in pending wagers at time?!?
Sorry for the rambling just frustrated. Do I have any recourse or is there a rep here?
tldr: Ran up $1600 in sports betting, took 25 chip that they are saying had a max cashout of $100 that they also applied to my Sportsbook balance.
