Burned By ibet.ag Agent - How to Proceed?
I sent money to an agent of ibet.ag and now the agent has ceased all contact and deleted their profile on X, which is where my communication with them took place. I built up a balance on ibet.ag and when I requested a withdrawal through the agent, this is when the ghosting started. I called ibet.ag and requested access to my account, which was cutoff by the agent. The customer service rep told me there was nothing they could do as the agent controls all account access and deals with the deposits/withdrawals. When I informed the rep that this agent had ceased communication and that I was scammed, along with likely other users as well, they didn't seem concerned whatsoever. I asked them how they deal with agents who turn out being scammers and once again, the rep at ibet.ag did not seem concerned. I imagine that at this point, my recourse is very limited. I enjoyed the ibet.ag platform and would continue playing - does anyone know of a reputable agent who works with them? If not, I would recommend no one ever use ibet.ag as they seem to hold no accountability whatsoever in terms of who they allow to become their agents. You cannot open an account on your own with ibet.ag, it seems like all activity must be done through an agent. Lastly, the name of the agent on Twitter, Bookie King 39, was a verified Twitter account, meaning there is likely to be a paper trailer to his/her true identity. The profile claimed they were based in Nevada, meaning the legal ramifications they would face given that they were bookmaking without a license would catastrophic. I am considering informing law enforcement of their activity. Any advice on how to proceed given that I'm not located in Nevada?

If anyone receives a private message here suggesting a twitter or telegram or similar bookie agent. Please report it.

I was also scammed by an agent here on this forum (since he approached me here in PM) ,with the agent giving me access to a different site than this one.
I want to point out that I don't think that the sites themselves are to be blamed for this. The sites are there to offer betting markets for people to bet. If the agent ends up scamming (and yes the big % of agents do turn out to be huge scammers as in my case the guy ghosted me after my balance was sitting at 4k USD)the site shouldn't be able to do anything about it.
At least that's what the site that I was betting on ,informed me of when I told them about the agent ignoring my messages after delaying my payout for 10days already.
The main issue and scam danger for bettors on such sites are the agents and not the sites in my opinion.

Unfortunately the PPH site operators that facilitate the agent scams, over and again, are 100% complicit in enabling it and wanting it to continue. Because these scammers are such a high proportion of their business.

Just because they say it's not their responsibility does not mean that they could not do anything to prevent it or reduce the problem. They process the payments.
