    what do you think
what do you think if a sports book (A+ rated) refuses a payout on the basis of not providing a utility bill (while ID, bank statements and other correspondence are provided)? withdrawal is the same as the deposit method (moneybookers)

Sounds a bit rough assuming there is a good reason why a utility bill cannot be provided. A bank statement should be sufficient IMHO.

Some don't have a utility in their name. Some rental places include utilities. This shouldn't be an issue if a bank statement is provided with address.

Why are they asking for proof if it isnt a credit shop?

all sorted now without a utility bill but with scans of alternative correspondence and over 10 emails. what an unnecessary headache!

some people just fail to comprehend that bookmakers have legal and licensing obligations to meet which differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction

it is more of a pain in the arse for the books than for the punter - they don't do it for their own amusement and it must cost them a good deal for labour and training of staff

if you want to play with them then you just have to accept these rules, just as they do
