what do you think if a sports book (A+ rated) refuses a payout on the basis of not providing a utility bill (while ID, bank statements and other correspondence are provided)? withdrawal is the same as the deposit method (moneybookers)
what do you think

#2Sounds a bit rough assuming there is a good reason why a utility bill cannot be provided. A bank statement should be sufficient IMHO.Comment -

#5Some don't have a utility in their name. Some rental places include utilities. This shouldn't be an issue if a bank statement is provided with address.Comment -

#8some people just fail to comprehend that bookmakers have legal and licensing obligations to meet which differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction
it is more of a pain in the arse for the books than for the punter - they don't do it for their own amusement and it must cost them a good deal for labour and training of staff
if you want to play with them then you just have to accept these rules, just as they doComment
