Pinnacle Withdrawal issue

Anyone else use Pinnacle? Maybe you can help.


Made a withdrawal today of $1000 bucks. Usually it takes about 10-20 minutes for withdrawals. Have done them for the same amount and even bigger before.

Anyways today I did the withdrawal but no email or nothing saying it was processed. So I email them asking for my withdrawal status and this is what they said:

Upon checking, your withdrawal request has been received in our system, however, it is under random review at the relevant department as per regular procedure.



Regrettably, we are unable to provide specific details or timeframe regarding the review, but rest assured that once the review procedure is done, your request will be processed accordingly.



We apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Anyone else get this and if so how long did it take to get funds released? Never had this happen before.

They seem to take 2 or 3 days usually but a week is not unknown.

Last time I withdrew it took them 30 minutes to credit my Instadebit account. Maybe new checks in place that they haven't made anyone aware of? I know Pinny is a sold book they have paid out every time before and I'm not concerned about that. They haven't even deducted the money from my account either.
I'll wait if out. I have been reading through this thread and am nervous they are going to hit me with a source of funds/wealth declaration. Don't feel like going through the hoops.

I did not mean days to a week for a withdrawal. Just for KYC.

Fingers crossed it's just a simple first level check.

It never ceases to amaze me that when you deposit no problems at all. Withdraw now from these books the problems start. Coincidence? I doubt it.......

It must be something down to a fact that deposits are automated and withdrawals are usually manually checked. Wild guess.

Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. Request was delayed for approx 24 hours for review and then it was processed.

Seems like they are dragging their feet again paying me. Did two more withdrawals, last week took 3 or so hours, which was fine, requested a withdrawal this morning still nothing. Withdrawals are only $1,000.00. I guess this is the new normal with them
