DFS to be declared illegal in California?

The California AG is reportedly set to declare Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) illegal in the state.

I think Cali needs to stop trying to make gambling unlawful and find a way to install some workable guidelines operators can work under whilst still providing the nanny state enough control to protect people the way it wants to.

Right now Californians are still gambling but have almost no protection compared to other states.
