Ok, when I first deposited to them was via, Matchbook book to book transfer. I was told from that format I don't need to ever send it any form, id, phone bill and stuff. Now that they stopped book to book transfer, what form of deposit would require me sending personal info to them. I do feel uncomfortable doing something like that.

I dont think you need any documents if you send money thru Western Union or Moneygram... check with them though, as I could be wrongComment -
I never had to send my ID when i used ** or **, although one time i deposited with a prepaid card and won and wanted a withdraw and i had to fill out a credit card form and email my ID, but that was to be expected.Comment
