Good stuff. They are one of only a few bookies that will allow you to cancel your wagers if you actually make a mistake. I have made mistakes like this myself in the past, but I just hedged the bets elsewhere to cover myself. Obviously easier when we are doing single bets though.

even after you submit your bet they ask you to check for errors and contact them , this is not the case anywhere as far as i know, i had a few situations at 5 dimes where i made mistake , i contacted them within seconds , and the games were several hours from starting but they wouldn't change it, greek is great

Excellent customer service at the greek, try that at sportsbook.com and you will see the true difference between an A+ book and a D book!

This is all very good. However, I can almost guarantee you are not up lifetime in your account at these books. I've had two problems at two different books lately, one my fault, and one not, and believe me, I didn't get no love either time in these accounts I'm up on lifetime.

One is an A+ book and the other is a B+ book.

But I have had a good experience lifetime with the Greek, and they have always honored their word with me and paid very quickly, so I have to say they are definitely worthy of an A.

well, i only opened the account with them about 2 or 3 weeks ago (switched from bodog bogus lines), but yes i am up in my account. i dont think that has anything to do with their customer service, otherwise they wouldnt tell you the criteria for making changes to your wagers, and telling you to contact them if there are errors.. if the games have not started, and the lines have not moved, the greek will remove the bet.

alot of books are basic like the greek..I prefer bodogs layout of any..I have accts at several books though..

about 15 minutes after receiving the first email, I was finally able to talk to a rep on the phone, and she took about 2 seconds to check on the lines and the games starting time and informed me that the money would be credited back to my account. She also told me to not be such a dumbass in the future (in much nicer words

). About the same time I got a response from the rep via email telling me that they took care of it and the money would be credited back to my account. about 1 minute later, back were my 20 units ready to be gambled away

!

I could not be any more pleased about how well The Greek handled my situation in their customer service departmen

Their CS via e-mail is very good. Wally usually answers my e-mails himself, so I have to watch what I say lol.

Nice to see some public love for TheGreek. For their size they get very few complaints and Wally is always willing to take a second look at any decision they have made and usually give the benefit of the doubt to the player.

Nice to hear they fixed a error on your part. I had a error also before but it was on their part, so it's really cool to hear they fix a error on the customer part.
