for past 10 hrs, kept on chatting with them. They not even ready to listen.

Laura K I understand this, we are however happy with the settlement, we do not have the number which the market opened at for 20:55 as we receive the figures from a direct stream and do not have an audit of this

Laura K We settled on the closing at 16828.9 for 20:50, which is what the next market would of opened at. We are settled on the basis of the official confirmation received.

Laura K I can see this has been discussed at length with you and we have advised you we are happy with the settlement.

The same way, its going .. they cant answer any of my questions, they cant accept their mistake too. Simply telling, bet is settled correctly and closed my chat.

How come this can be a A rated firm ?

Thank you for your Bet Settlement Query and for providing the Bet Reference.
I can see this bet was placed the five minute Wall St market for 20:50 on 18/08/2014. You placed your bet on the market not to finish higher than 16828.2.Please be aware that the graph you have included in your screen shot is a guide only and bets are always settled on the official stock market finishing level that applies to your bet.I can confirm the five minute Wall St market on the 18/08/2014 between 20:45 and 20:50 finished at 16828.9 which means your bet has been correctly settled as a losing bet.

I have never bet o financials but this mail with their respons have some clue. Their display may give you wrong current score because its unofficial,untill they settle.
Is there any site where you can track movements, other than their own?

Its the same as the stats they show on football matches. You might bet on over 15 corners, the site says 16. But the official result is 15. You lose. Pain in the ass....

Yes for financials, its matter of seconds and microseconds .. Either the display in inplay console for the market and scores may be wrong , or the results they gave might be wrong .. either way, its their mistake, I sent proofs and screenshots to say bet is settled wrongly .. i even demanded them for proofs or any links which says, their settlement is correct. They got nothing. Getting a common reply, check our results .. Nothing else

Atleast on football matches we have lot of live scores, websites to check the results, its live on tv .. But here nothing like tat .. should depend only on the live console which shows the scores and markets and they not even providing links or some websites which shows their settlement is correct ..

I thought this may be the case.

And there is no central data feed of an official tick by tick price to check against. Different market makers have slightly different quotes and Bet365's data provider may even be using an average number.

Thanks bro, as per this chart, also, am correct, market ended @ 16827.16 , which is rounded off to 16827.2 @ 15.50 US time, tats corresponds to 20.50 UK time ..

Bet365 should settle mine as winner ..

Bet365 don't use Google data for grading.

"For FX markets we shall be using the data streamed to us by InteractiveData Corporation".

It's frustrating that the website price graph cannot be relied upon though.

Thanks people, as of now, got these proofs

1. Proof from bet365 in play console, saying, market ended @ 16827.2 and next market started @ 16827.2

check the value stated in graph @ 20:50 , it states 16827.2

2. check the starting level @ the top for next 5 minutes market, 20:55..

it also states 16827.2

3. Proof from google finance says, market ended @ 16827.16 ..

check the top august 18, 15.50 - price - 16827.16 ..

15.50 US time = 20.50 Uk time . 16827.16 is rounded off to 16827.2.

4. google finance graph also states @ 20.50, rate was 16827.2.

Atleast , all these says 16827.2 , and my bet wins, if its below 16828.2 .. Its a big 1 point clear winner .. bet365 should settle it as winner , without further reviews ..

vjsundhar - you will not get the result on this you seek. As I recall it is very clear that they settle on the official exchange timestamp/price not the indicative/play screen you see online which is lagged or partial.

Christopher M The proof you have sent in is not official confirmation that the settlement is wrong. The finish level was 16828.9 and therefore your bet has been settled correctly.

you should contact IDC and ask why their data feed is not the same as google, it should be, the only thing about these feeds is the real time delay, price in time data should be the same.

No bro .. Bet365 cheating .. i saw that market won, even in cashout it upto 95 % of the value .. even the next 5 minute market's starting point is 16827.2
