                        This is unreal...I called Gia, the main manager this morning about my account. She states that my account was closed because they investigated my account after I had won a good chunk of money. She claims that all my plays are what she considered "survey plays." I asked her what she meant by this and she said that this means that I am picking teams that are "likely" to win and that I am probably a wise guy. Isn't the object of sports betting to pick teams that are "likely" to win? She then stated that WagerHub is a small company and wants to stay small and does not care about their reputation at SBR or OSGA.

                                Keep in mind that the first reason that I received from them on why they closed my account was because they determined I was a "non-recreational" player. Now they are claiming that I am a wise guy and making "survey plays." I told Gia that regardless of what conclusions they are coming to, they need to pay winnings. She then states that they now need to wait until the investigation is complete to determine that. This company is a joke and I recommend everyone to stay far away! If you win a good chunk of money, they will find a reason to close your account and confiscate the winnings!

                                    If they didn't care about growing their business, why are they in business to begin with? Why was Mr. Chuckeroo pimping his site on various forums to try them out offering all these bonuses with 0 deposit? I would estimate that if it wasn't for forums like SBR, (and others) Wagerhub would have very few clients to begin with.

                                    Reputation is everything in this business, and word gets around fast! They will see the light with the mass exodus, pretty ballsy thing to say really.

                                                Free shots at a book with no deposit are too good to be true. Now after a few months gone by Wagerhub showing their true colors. The book is very vanilla anyway, so other than the free shot why have an account there?

                                                I suggest using Live chat to get off their marketing list (ie: constant emails, and phone calls)

                                                                                    Burton I feel bad for this place stealing your money but they are not even rated in the SBR sportsbook ratings. Being that you are familiar with SBR, I would think you would check the ratings before dealing with any company. I took a free something with this book but lost it. I wouldn't dream of depositing anything.

                                                                                    Also the points stiff thing may seem small to you compared to the 9k stiff wagerhub is giving you, but its relative. A stiff is a stiff. Many people would consider a 9k stiff totally insignificant the way you consider a small point stiff insignificant.

                                                                                            Without a clear definition of a "money mover" or "wiseguy" combined with the ability to "reserve the right to determine promotion/bonus eligibility from any one at any time" basically give a book like this carte blanche to steal from a winning player.

She would only communicate through email though and didn't return my calls everytime I attempted to call her. She stated that she didn't care if I posted on SBR or OSGA as she said that they were small and wanted to stay small.
