Just wondering...Do you guys always deal with the same agent/CS when you guys chat or call in to BP? I personally call for the same person because she handles all my problem, and when there are free offers she calls me up. I would put the name, but saw SBR mod removes names, so no names here.

That's not accurate.

The thread that had names & locations edited was in regard to non postup play, and contained details that SBR doesn't wish to host. You're more than welcome to give a shout to your favorite customer service clerk at any sportsbook.

I don't typically request the same CS rep but I tend to get the same one when I log in...usually Kathy. I find that all of them have been pretty helpful (for the most part).
