Bet247USA commits theft of player funds and bonus

Bet247USA (SBR rating D) has confiscated $2200 in winnings and $500 in earned bonuses. On November 12th a player deposited $500 by Moneygram and received a $500 cash bonus. By December 21st the player met his 10X rollover and increased his balance to $3200. He proceeded to make a withdrawal request, which was then cancelled by Bet247USA. $2200 in winnings were docked along with $500 of the earned bonus cash. The player was left with a $500 balance. Bet247USA has justified its decision by stating that bonuses are not intended to be used by professional players. SBR has downgraded Bet247USA to D- and considers the action theft.

    Bet247USA comments:
The guy is NOT a recreational player! He makes plays 5 to 10 minutes before Don Best or anyone else. He is always on the right side. He was told more than once that bonuses are for recreational players ONLY as it states specifically on the website. We have a few "professional" players and welcome them to play with us. However, they know, and are fine with it, that they are not entitled to bonuses with us. Every once in a while we have pros try to come in under false pretenses looking for bonuses and we have to weed them out. This is one of those times

Even using Bet247s reasoning they should still pay him out $1100 in winnings as that would have been the results had the bonus not been taken.

WTF is a professional player. ****ed up label, we call winners. Out of 1000 betting on teams that are 50/50, 500 will win 1 game, 250, will win 2 game in a roll, 125, will win 3 game in a roll, 63 will win 4..., 32 will win 5, 16->6,8->7,4->8,2->9,1->10.

Just out of sheer statistic, 1 random person per 1000 will win 10 game in a roll. Does that mean that person is a professional. And to be always able to win, on games that generally are 50/50, even if your a professional and pull your odds to 60/40 how are you able to ALWAYS win?

I swear each player here that contemplates about suiciding in the future, go get few guns, and show them stiffing players have other inherent risks..
