Parlaymakers had some bonuses before but there will be a new bonus structure coming out in the next couple of weeks that will have something for new users as well as recurring users. You can use Parlaymakers Low juice lines right now though.

I don't know what bookies you haven't heard of. Obviously you joined in '06 so you have probably seen the names of most bookies.

Right now though I enjoy playing at some bookies that are rarely mentioned here.

SportingIndex - This is spreadbetting (you may know this as "Action Points") so not for everyone. You should be careful if you don't know what this is. A lot of fun to try though.
VIP/BetGameDay/Nine - Just an all around bookie. Free half and full points for your favorite teams depending on sport, on every game.
QuickSilverSports - I have been there for a while and they have always been good to me.
IasBet (don't confuse with instantactionsports) - Surprisingly good for NCAA.

Lately though I have been playing with BetHorizon, BetFirstClass and some of the asian bookies for soccer.
