    Cashpoint mislead
Hi everybody, my first post here. I try to explain as best as i can cause my english is not so good.

I'm having some problems with Cashpoint, as some others reading old posts.

I opened an account with them sunday january 17th, i deposited 50 euro and i received 50 euro bonus and i placed some bets (following their bonus conditions).

Yesterday 20th al my bets were finally settled (3 days after events finished) but not all winnings were transferred to my account balance.
My account now is 169,30, but it should be 369,30.

I wrote to them (support@cashpoint.com) listing all my winning bets and i also send to them 2 screenshots of My account/All bets section.

    That's their answer:

note that the stakes of this bets is 194€

I send another email writing that winnnings should include also stake, but they have not answered to me.

    What can i do?

    Maybe i need some rest
Sorry Cashpoint and everyone of you for misunderstanding

Without seeing precise details of the amounts and bets involved, posters here can't tell for sure what happened. If you're able to post screenshots, that would help.

As far as I know, there are no reports of Cashpoint cheating players, so I'd hope this is a misunderstanding or simple error.

You could either post screenshots, as stated, for further advice, or simply fill out the SBR complaint form (link in my sig). Cashpoint are rated C- on SBR, and it's not clear that they worked with SBR to deal with the last complaint, regarding delayed grading of wagers (see here: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/News...ng-wagers.aspx), so I don't know how much good it will really do to fill out the complaint form.

        Balance: €144

        Bet 4: €20 @ 1.95 WIN. Balance change +€19
        Balance: €163

        Bet 5: €20 @ 2.55 LOSE. Balance change -€20
        Balance: €143

        Bet 6: €20 @ 1.55 WIN. Balance change +€11
        Balance: €154

        Bet 7: €20 @ 1.65 WIN. Balance change +€13
        Balance: €167

        Bet 8: €20 @ 2.62 WIN. Balance change +€32.40
        Balance: €199.40

        Bet 9: €20 @ 2.30 WIN. Balance change +€26
        Balance: €225.4

        Bet 10: €20 @ 1.90 WIN. Balance change +€18
        Balance: €243.40

        Bet 11: €20 @ 2.45 LOSE. Balance change -€20
        Balance: €223.40

        Bet 12: €20 @ 2.45 LOSE. Balance change -€20
        Balance: €203.40

        Bet 13: €20 @ 2.00 LOSE. Balance change -€20
        Balance: €183.40

        Bet 14: €14 @ 2.00 LOSE. Balance change -€14
        Balance: €169.40

        Bet 15: €6 @ 2.00 LOSE. Balance change -€6
        Balance: €163.40

        Bet 16: €6 @ 2.00 LOSE. Balance change -€6
        Balance: €157.40

        Bet 17: €14 @ 1.85 WIN. Balance change +€11.90
        Balance: €169.30

So nothing looks out of the ordinary. You should definitely not have €369.30 in your account. You probably assumed that when it says "Winnings €38" on a €20 bet @ 1.90 that you would actually win €38 + the €20 stake. You only win €18 on a €20 bet @ 1.90.

So, there's no issue with Cashpoint, then. Perhaps the OP could amend the title to reflect that?

87.50, I'm not sure if you should be wagering on sports if you cannot double check your account balance.
