    Premierbet problems
I'm currently working on a dispute with Premierbet. I note that we don't have any rating for them, so their handling will affect their initial rating.

Has anyone used this book before? Has anyone ever received a payout from them?

A player is having a terrible time getting a small payout from them. Their CS is terrible, and there is never a manger on site.

Premierbet were a great book until about 2 months ago. Then they seem to have started having payment issues. The problems are not currently as severe as those experienced by Bodog etc but are worrying. I have been waiting for 4000 gbp since 12th July. People seem to be getting paid within 3 weeks.
They are a Uk listed company and accounts have recently been made available, the company made a significant loss.
They were recently given a large loan 600,000gbp which gives me some confidence (who would lend them 600k if the situation was not recoverable). Two buyers have recently been accumulating shares suggesting a takeover may be on the cards.
I would suggest caution with the book although I dont think the situation is desperate.
Heathorns is part os same group
Company is owned by interactive gaming holdings - IGH on the London Stock Exchange.

Post above pretty much sums up what I know. I have an account with them, unfunded for over a year now. They used to be pretty decent, but have recently had problems.

I also note they recently set up a spread betting arm, the web page of which indicates they are FSA Regulated, which is an interesting twist.

Not sure if the spreadbetting is them, think they may just be a skin. Not certain on this though

Their most recent delay tactic is this:

We do apologise for the time it is taking to process your withdrawal also for the fact that we do not have any additional information for you at this stage.

The Accounts Department are processing the withdrawals as quickly as possible. As requested here is the telephone number for the UK office 020 7745 6273.

            Kind regards

The number has only a recorded message option. Very annoying as I am waiting for nearly £1000 since late June.

Had an account with these guys since beginning of 2006 and all ran smoothly. Havent used a great deal in last 6 months as they restricted me to on-line stakes limits which were too low and they'd only take phone bets.
Have recieved withdrawals of up to £500 no problem and withdrew £200 Ok at end of May.
Tried to withdraw remaining £13 in my account 3 weeks ago, when I read rumours of problems, came off my account straight away, but not showed in my bank as yet.
No reply to e-mail and £13 is hardly the end of the world, but would steer clear of for time being

All slow pays now seem to be resolved. Got all my money. Hopefully will now be back to business as usual.

Yes, much to my surprise, came back from holiday to find my £13 had finally hit my bank account 4 weeks after leaving theirs.

No reply to e-mail/message or anything by way of apology though

Has there been anything heard from Premierbet last months? Or will the owners completely get away with just closing down and not paying out money without any punishment whatsoever?

I paid 600 in by credit card maybe a ********** could be done here...

                          Any suggestions?

First off, Let me welcome you to the SBR forum Kadul

The last thing I've heard Premierbet is that they are in no-pay mode and also leaving players high and dry after their stock was suspended back around August. Now based on that knowledge of the situation, I would think that your ********** option might be your only option in order to recoup your initial deposit.

PremierBet are in receivership you should contact Begbies Traynor at e-mail london@begbies-traynor.com, fax no: 020 7398 3799 by the 24th stating you are a creditor.
There is a chance JayBet may take 50% of PB's debt meaning you may get 50% of your money at best.
