I PLACED A BET AND THE GAME WAS STARTED WELL INTO TEN MINUTES INTO THE GAME...THEY STILL HAD THE 1ST HALF LINE UP...WHEN I CALLED THEY REFUSED TO VOID THE BET AND SAID IT STANDS...BE CAUTIOUS AS THEY ARE SCAMMING BETTORS...

Why would you complain about being allowed to bet?

What game was it and what was the score when you bet?

Why would you place that bet though? Seems like a cheap move on your part

Spanks, this is how it works. I bet, just like you, that if that bet was a win they would void it. But that's how it works, you were foolish enough to not know, and not check when the game starts. Cheers!

I think that all pastposted bets should be voided, winning and losing ones, not only those bookies choose to cancel

Its up to the player to know if it has started. If your a gambleaholic and will bet on anything and you make a bet on a game that has already started, U Lose period end of subject. If you actually take the time to break down a game then you should know what time it starts.

I think players should know when games start, or, if they don't, don't bet.

it would be nice to place 2 opposite bets on a game which already started, one, bigger, which will probably win and a smaller one to lose and then call the bookie and ask them if they will cancel the losing bet and after they say no tell them about the other bet

are you f*ckin joking.....someone was just complaining that Bodog doesnt honor those types of bets....thats a good thing if you slip through the cracks and can place a bet a few minutes into the game/match. YOU did it. YOU made the bet. why does it matter if the game started or not?? you obviously had no knowledge of the score or you wouldnta bet it- and its irrelevant if they knew because they didnt tell you to pick it. youre only upset about it because the pick lost. This is a good thing that they give you an extra minute sometimes

You must of unfortunately bet Illinois St.

To say that one of the best books out there is scamming to freeroll bettors is very wrong. I have no doubt they would of paid the Drake winners even if the bets were placed after the game started.

Several weeks back, some newbies posted that Bookmakers software allowed them to parlay teams on the moneyline AND the same team against the spread in the same parlay. This was obviously wrong and the wagers should of been voided. Bookmaker stated that it was a software error, but still graded the players wagers as winners and they got paid.

All games have the starting time listed next to them. You are responsible for what you do. Check the starting time. The game probably hadn't started anyway, because this book usually waits until tip to take a game down, which is usually a few minutes past the listed rotation starting time. If this is the case, then Bookmaker should probably list the rotation starting time, and then put a note on the screen to the effect that they have a right to accept wagers on contests up to and slightly past tip if they desire.

If you knew that game had already started and got burned, then you got what you deserved times two. Anyone with any experience and an iota of common sense knows you never past-post under any circumstances unless you want to be totally miserable with the outcome.

I guarantee nobody calls for a void when the book sleeps on a line move and you get a point better than everyone else.

                                              This complaint is beyond ridiculous.
