I sent a 3-figure amount from betjam to Matchbook over an hour ago, it is still not showing up at MB. How long do these transfers usually take?

Yeah there shouldnt be any issues when you get it straightened out. I have done payouts and transfers in the past with matchbook and never an issue

Now betjamaica needs a paste and pay form. I have called four times asking for it and I have yet to receive it by email (I have called roughly every hour). They just keep telling me wait 5-10 min it will come. Now they asked me to email them so that they could reply. I did, no problems on my end, 30 min later I am writing this, no reply. This is my first time doing business with betjamaica, can anyone elaborate on this?
And all this over just a few hundred dollars.
