Man this book sucks, took them 20 min to get me to the department that can finally help me. Deposited $20 bucks, and asked them what went wrong, how I end up owing $2 buck. Dude wasn't able to tell me, and told me to hold lol, or expected me to freaking hold for $2. Told them they can have their $2 dollars. No more business after my $20 deposit. (for those wondering why I put $20 in there, it is because that is the min charge.)
Oh yea the lock my account before that too. I only found this out when I was checking to see was the money in the account from the 256 contest.
