Hello,

Could someone please let me know why you need to fill out a credit card authorization to withdrawal and not to deposit with bookmaker. I understand the companies need to protect themselves but what about protecting customers. Is it not fair to require credit authorizations for deposits? Easy in, hard out is how it appears to me. Input would be greatly appreciated.

Probably to help stop people from doing chargebacks even after they win. All books really should request this when depositing to help stop fraud also, but most don't.

Answer:BookMaker.com is located in San Jose, Costa Rica and is fully licensed by the Government of Costa Rica to accept wagers by telephone or internet.

Question: Do I have to submit a new Credit Card Authorization Form every time I use my credit card?
Answer:No. However, before any payout is processed, you will be required to complete and fax (1-888-473-9257) a CC Authorization Form/documentation for each card used.

In all sportsbooks i think will have to send a documents before withdrawal to verify that you own your account.

If I'm not mistaken, there is no such thing as sportsbook licensing in Costa Rica.

Agree. "Licensed in Costa Rica" means absolutely nothing.However Cris are licensed in Malta, not that builds much confidence too.

Agree they have to verify some information before they process your request.
