Tobet is breaking its own rules
I placed a bet on January 13th at Tobet, for the tennis match between Rubin Statham and Albert Montanes, from Aukland tournament, on Statham to win. The bet was placed at January 13th, 00:14 CET (23:14 GMT), at 4.05 odds. I waited for the last minute to place the bet, waiting for odds to change. After I placed the bet, I switched to a live stream only to find that the score was already 1-1 at games. So, it was clear the game started earlier than scheduled time. Tobet rule 3.13 clearly states that:

"3.13 Normally bets are open until the official starting time of the event. Sometimes an event starts earlier than first posted, with us being unaware of it, or that we have the wrong starting time. Any bets received after the event has started, will be cancelled."

The best was lost and I asked for the bet to be declared void under their rules. Their refused, stating the match started at normal time. It was due to start at 00:15 CET (23:15 GMT) and here is the proof that started later:

Tennis live scores page on Flashscore.com offers all the latest tennis results from more than 5000+ tennis competitions all around the world including Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, US Open and more. Find all today's/tonight's tennis scores on Flashscore.com.

plus two mails I got from other bookies stating that the game started earlier than 00:14 CET. Now Tobet is refusing to return my wager. I contacted live support and mail, but they keep saying the match started at 00:15 CET.

since you were aware from the 2nd game the match had already started when you placed the bet, did you:

    1. contact Tobet immediately while the match was being played and the result still unknown?
    2. wait until Statham and your bet had lost before you contacted them?

I think we can make an educated guess on that.
Nonetheless their rules do state that the bet should be voided.
