    A couple of weeks ago I e-mailed my host and she told me I will get a 10% rebate on casino losses and horses. Here is the e-mail,

    The best I can do for you is give you 10% on your casino and horse loss which will be there weekly. If you have any questions about this let me know...

    I have been getting 10% until yesterday. I only got 5% in the form of a casino rebate. The casino people said they just changed it. I was never notified of a change and they are not standing by their word. A lady who works in the casino department said, "there is no Annie who works in the casino to make that decision".

    I have wasted over 1 hour trying to get this resolved without any help. The lady who works in the casino area has NO business sense. In 4 weeks I have given them between 500-700k in casino play which I brought to her attention. She said whenever she gets to my e-mail she will, but said nothing will be done.


    Do you believe this crap? There are no managers there I'm told by live chat, I have to talk to Annie. I talked to Annie yesterday she said i have to talk to casino. Casino tells me too bad.


    There are some good things about this book but stay far away from these casino jokers. Since I've played with them I sent them 4 e-mails, livegames@betphoenix.com. I NEVER received one reply. The lady says they are backed up.

    I'm pissed about this since I wasted 60 minutes. It is $100 some but when you have an e-mail and one cocky lady in the casino department that apparantly could care less it burns on you.


    This place is a far cry from when that Richard guy seemed to care about things.


    I'm a diplomatic guy and tried to settle this before coming here.

          I'll try, but this guy from what I hear doesn't answer e-mails anymore. He did about 1 year ago or so. I did a complaint. I see BP is once again a SBR sponsor. I guess it depends what day of the week it is. We'll see what happens. Whatever the case is, I'm done playing there and mostly it is because of the dead space of what is supposed to be an employee in the casino area. She is full of crap and thinks she is hard. Answer a god dam e-mail and don't blame a back log . You have a backlog from 12-14-09 when you didn't reply on another inquiry? She is full of nothing but hot air.

            RIchard answered my emails yesterday he got my issue resolved in less than an hour the customer service reps were placing more money on bets than I had told them to place RIchard refunded me promptly

                  Richard is the only one that matters their and trust me he will answer youre email included you're account number if you we wronged he will correct it.I told him the same thing in my email that I would not deposit anymore until they resolved it .Some books just have forgotten who writes their checks we do.

                    Carlos is the casino manager and can help. Email carlos@betphoenix.com. Also Charles told me that everybody was dropping to 5% a few days ago. Its not just you man.

                      Will Richard also fix the fact that my -105 was taken away and yet they are still demanding I complete a rather large rollover before withdrawing?

                          Agreed completely. Since day one when i opened my acct over a year ago, Richard has been a total class act.

                            What are the details? Were you steam chasing? How long had you been betting? What sports? It's always good to hear what a book says when they put on a collar.

                                Richard is a good guy and an asset to Betphoenix. Every company has issues and it's important to have someone commence with customers and help them out.

                                  Richard made it better. Hats off to him. Sucks that it had to get to him. If I do have another problem I know where to go. Maybe the casino lady with the bad attitude was isolated

                                      Yes I'm sure it was for chasing steam. Had only been betting for a few weeks before they did this, pretty much all on NBA (a bit of NFL too though).

                                      Either way if they don't want me to bet there fine, I know books don't like steam players, but again asking me to complete a rollover when they essentially changed the terms on me (by taking away my reduced juice + limiting me) doesn't seem right...

                                        tough change going from 10 percent rebates to 5 percent. they do something like that at Carib. I better check before I go wild.

                                          WHY IS -105 CONSIDERED A PROMOTION?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

                                          Moving someone to -120 is just as legitimate as moving them from -105 to -110.
